Can not use blessed thistle by itself because it is too bitter. Let the mixture steep over night in 2 quarts of water. 2 quarts is enough for a week supply. Drink 1/2 cup of the tea twice daily. Hops is also good, so drinking 2-3 good quality non-alcoholic beers a day will also help.
